PRESENTER: Kimberly Turner, Inside Account Executive, WellSky Adult Day

Kimberly Turner began her healthcare career 19 years ago in the acute care setting. Today, as an inside account executive with WellSky Adult Day, Kimberly combines her passion for patient care and tech savvy to assist adult day centers around the country to thrive utilizing software solutions to meet their unique needs.  

As the healthcare industry’s regulatory compliance and record keeping standards increased, Kimberly took special interest in this new opportunity of electronic health records. She was instrumental in transitioning two specialty physician practices from paper to electronic health records.  She has worked with software systems such as Meditech, Allscripts and Epic in both initial implementation as well as transitioning from one electronic system to another. From front line experience, Kimberly understands that such transitions can have an impact on business practices, culture and the end users. Her engaging presentation, keen understanding of electronic records systems, HIPAA guidelines, and computer hardware specs, provide viable take-a-ways for attendees.  

Kimberly’s collaborative style, facilitates adult day centers to identify software solutions that will elevate business practices and person-centered care.
