This session explores several claims scenarios that have impacted adult day care organizations in the past.  A look at the scenarios will give the participant a chance to understand the circumstances that led to the claim and determine if any additional steps taken could have minimized or even avoided the claim all together. 

Learning Objectives:

Participants will learn risk management strategies and helpful tips that they can implement to reduce the chances of similar claims occurring in their organizations.
